AMSOIL Dealer Application

The AMSOIL dealer application form is very simple to complete but there are a couple of things to be aware of...

After you have the form downloaded you will notice three sections to the form. The first section you have to complete is your name, address, phone number, and email. After this information is complete you then proceed to the option #2 section.

Option #2 of the dealer application is the dealership option. This option requires a social security number and date of birth because AMSOIL will be mailing commission checks (or direct deposit) and at the end of the year AMSOIL will send you the earnings documents you need to complete your income tax filing.

When the dealer option is selected on the form you must sign and date the form then mail it into the AMSOIL address in the form.

After a few days you will receive your starter kit in the mail directly from AMSOIL headquarters. The kit you receive depends on which of the three options you select from the form.

These are the options:

A six month trial dealer registration and Starter Kit.
A twelve month regular registration and Starter Kit
A twelve month registration along with a complete Business Manual

When my wife and I started our own AMSOIL business we started with the business manual. Our sponsoring dealer suggested we get the manual and take the home study test to get the AMSOIL "T-1 certification". This was the one of the best things we ever did to get started right.

After reviewing the business manual and trainings provided by AMSOIL you will know more about oil than anyone you have probably met. The T-1 certification is simple to obtain and AMSOIL will then provide nice warm leads and sometimes new customers to you.

Here is what you do:

Print the dealer application
Fill out your name and contact information
Select option #1 if you just want to be a preferred customer or select option #2 if you would like to start a business and grow another income stream.
Fill out option #2 with your social security number and birth date and select either the 6 month, 12 month, or 12 month with business manual options.
Sign and date the form then send mail it with payment to the address shown on the top of the form.
